VW / Audi 4.2 Billet Intake Manifold Pivot Levers

Our billet intake manifold pivot levers are milled out of a solid block of 6061-T651 Aircraft Grade Aluminum and carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY ! They are attached to the intake manifold change over rods on the non-turbo 4.2L V8 VW and Audi engines and are driven by the vacuum actuators connected to the link arms.  As many of you already know, VW / Audi will not sell replacement plastic links and levers separately. They make you buy an entire intake manifold which costs thousands of dollars just to get more parts made of plastic that won't hold up.  Buy the GruvenParts.com billet versions and be done with this issue.

Please Note : You MUST select either the short pivot levers or long pivot levers from drop down menu above.  Review the pictures on this page to determine if your vehicle uses the short pivot levers or long pivot levers.  The short pivot levers are both IDENTICAL and measure about 1.5" from center of hole to center of ball.  The long pivot levers are NOT IDENTICAL and are usually stamped with a "1" and "2" on them.  The long pivot levers measure 2.0" from center of hole to center of ball.

We already sell the billet manifold linkage arms (OEM P/N 077198327A), these pivot levers are the mating parts.
