Lightweight Billet Aluminum 2.0 TSI Engine Alternator Pulley
Ditch the super heavy 1 lb clutched alternator pulley on your 2.0 TSI (its not needed) in favor of this non-clutched 125 gram billet aluminum version designed using high tech CAD software and crafted on one of our CNC's. Ours is precision CNC'd from 6061-T651 aluminum with a total runout of less than .001"! All this means a smoother and quiter engine that revs quicker off idle. Comes complete with high grade nut and thrust washer. Installs quick but please follow all Volkswagen/Audi installation instructions. The heavy clutched OEM alt pulley is a known weak point on these vehicles and is not needed.
This part replaces OEM P/N 06B-903-119-D (06B903119D) clutch-style(one-way) alternator pulley and fits VW Golf, GTI, Jetta, EOS, Passat and Audi A3, A4, A6, TT MK2 with the 2.0 TSI Engine. Please check your OEM part number to make sure your vehicle takes this part. You can call your dealer and provide them the last 8 of your VIN, they can look it up for you.
Lightweight Billet Aluminum 2.0 TSI Engine Tensioner Pulley
Plastic may have made the bean counters at VW happy, but it has no business as a tensioner pulley on your high strung VW/Audi 2.0 TSI motor. Ours is extremely light weight and contains a precision 20K RPM SKF bearing that will perform more quietly and far outlast the OEM plastic pulley. Installation is a breeze – simply release belt tension, remove the 17mm tensioner pulley bolt (it is right hand thread - normal thread), and swap ours in. Please follow all Volkswagen/Audi installation instructions for installation.
This pulley replaces the pulley found the tensioner OEM P/N 06J-903-133-A (06A903133A) and fits VW Golf, GTI, Jetta, EOS, Passat and Audi A3, A4, A6, MK2 TT with the 2.0 TSI Engine code. GRUVENPARTS TSI PULLEYS, THE BEST QUALITY

Have always wanted to try Gruven parts aluminum pulleys since my Mk4, since the idler pulley from VW is a piece of crappy plastic and wears easily. When first receiving mine from Gruven I was immediately disappointed that mail had slightly damaged the idler pulley on the belt contact surface of the pulley. The bearings seemed to be fine, so I sanded down the high point, but I also immediately notified the guys at Gruven about what happened. They were quick to back their product and reassure me that the pulley would be fine, but also conveyed that if I had any doubts to send it back for immediate replacement. So far I have had no issues what so ever with either pulleys as their parts have always been of the highest quality, and these 2 pulleys completely augment my fluidampnr crank pulley allowing an extremely fast but smooth powerband. Continue to produce high quality parts!

2.0t pulley great part great company

Got my gruven 2.0t pulley installed and new belt on bearings very silent and smooth only down side I see is the same as my crank oully on my vr6 12v is the belt turns silver very fast and flings that silver dust onto my motor and stuff but that's not a big deal to me I detail my car often but product great I've ordered alot from gruven being in atlanta and always love the stuff I get and the look is amazing.
