TT / R32 Adjustable Control Arm Hardware

- High radial load GENUINE FK JMX Series PTFE lined heim joint kits complete with protective dust boots and specially machined bushings to provide a near water tight seal. Each heim joint kit is shipped with 1 zinc plated jam nut, 1 PTFE lined 3/4-16 RHD heim, 1 aluminum bushing kit (2 pcs), and 1 racing grade dust boot (preinstalled). If you are looking for spherical ends for your control arms, look no further than this.
- Custom 4340 Forged, Heat Treated poly bushing ends with Rolled Threads (NOT cut!), threaded grease fitting (NOT pressed in), zinc plated steel sleeves with protection hats, pre loaded and lubed with race grade Energy Suspension black polyurethane bushings - ready to install ! Each kit is shipped with 1 complete poly end.
- Racing Grade protective rubber dust boots for ¾” heim joints without grease fittings. If installing the rubber boots yourself, DO NOT USE ANY SHARP METAL TOOLS. In fact, use our Boot Installation Pliers shown below. There are no refunds if you tear the boots while installing.
- Long bolt kits - 80mm in length, grade 8.8, zinc plated. Use these with our control arms if your vehicle came with outboard bolts < 80mm in length. These come with 2 each 80mm grade 8.8 zinc plated bolts, each containing 2 flat washers and 1 premium lock nut. You can also order a set to replace your inboard bolts (but your OEM inboard bolts should fit our control arms just fine).
- Headlight Leveling Bracket - Attach your headlight leveling system to our rounded control arms using this bracket. Designed to fit a variety of leveling system offsets. Includes rubber isolators to prevent marring the control arm finish. Intended for all VW/Audi vehicles with the headlight leveling system.
- Dust Boot Installation Pliers - This is what we use to stretch the rubber dust boots over the spherical joints. You can also do this the hard way, but trust me ... there is a right tool for the job, and this is it! You can install a dust boot over a spherical joint in about 5 seconds (with no pain). Nice Hardware other than bolts

Bolts arrived 90mm long instead of 80mm as ordered. Had to shorten them prior to assembly.

Yeah we have to increase size of these because on some vehicles the stack up between washer and lock nut was just not sufficient at 80mm. The next size is 90mm, but its Ok to have a little extra. Anyway, let me know if any issue, they should work fine at 90mm as well.

6yrs on the old heim joints.

Bought these to replace the 6yr old heim joints (old style) that originally came with the adjustable control arms. Product works great, need I say more.

Installed on both control arms i have older editions the fit perfect, the ride amazing i love them and im glad i didnt have to buy a whole set now i can get a set for the top!!!
