Our kit includes the lightweight billet crank, power steering, water pump, tensioner, and alternator pulleys for your 12V VR6 engine. These pulleys are precision CNC'd from aircraft grade billet aluminum and reduce the rotating mass by a whopping 8.5 lbs! All pulleys ARE NORMAL DRIVE (NOT UNDER-DRIVE). These pulleys will not change the speed of the supercharger and will not void any supercharger warranties. Installation of any or all of our pulleys does not require different length belt, and will not affect aftermarket supercharger installations. Lightweight Billet Aluminum VR6 Tensioner Pulley 
Plastic may have made the bean counters at VW happy, but it has no business as a pulley on your high strung VR6 motor. Ours is extremely light weight and contains a precision bearing that will far outlast the OEM. We even use a snap ring to install the bearing, so if replacement was ever needed, it’s a breeze. Fits Mk2, Mk3, and Mk4 12 Valve VR6 VW engines and replaces P/N 021-145-299 (021145299)

Lightweight Billet Aluminum 12V VR6 Water Pump Pulley 
The OEM steel water pump pulley is stamped which creates internal stresses that eventually cause the pulley to crack at the sharp bend radius. Needless to say, you don’t need this problem on a hot running VR. Ours is machined from a solid chunk of aluminum with generous corner radii and is therefore many times stronger than OEM. Weighing in at a scant 250 grams, its less than half the weight of the stamped OEM pulley. Fits ALL Mk2, Mk3 and Mk4 12 Valve VR6 VW engines as well as 3.2L Audi A3, TT, and Q7 and replaces P/N 021-121-031A (021121031A)
 

Lightweight Billet Aluminum 12V VR6 Crank Pulley 

This pulley is NOT under-drive! 

Lose the boat anchor of the Audi and VW VR6 steel crank pulley with this 500 gram lightweight billet aluminum version. It is the lightest crank pulley out there and will allow the engine to spool up faster while preventing inertial losses caused by the overweight OEM pulley. It has been proven by countless hours of track abuse in normally aspirated, turbocharged, and supercharged VR6 engines (WILL NOT VOID SUPERCHARGER WARRANTIES!). Don’t believe the hype about more expensive, heavier, dampened pulleys. Ours HAS BEEN TESTED THOROUGHLY ON TRACK at RPM’s far exceeding redline. The VR6 motors are INTERNALLY BALANCEDand do not require expensive, heavy dampened crank pulleys. The factory pulley comes with a thin layer of rubber because it is cheaper to manufacture, and reduces very little vibration at idle inside the car. There is no benefit to it off idle. You Simply Will Not Ever Go Back to a Heavy Crank Pulley After Installing This One! . Ours comes with a specially machined replacement key for a perfect fit. Fits Mk2, Mk3, and Mk4 VW VR6 engines and replaces P/N 021-105-243 (021105243).

Lightweight Billet Aluminum 12V VR6 Power Steering Pulley 
A lightweight billet aluminum version of the OEM power steering pulley which will lessen the parasitic losses from the power steering pump. This pulley fits ALL MK2, MK3, and MK4 12 valve VR6 engines. Please note this pulley is non-ribbed. Similar to the water pump pulley, ribs are not needed to drive the power steering pulley. This pulley has been proven by countless hours of track abuse with no problems whatsoever. Fits Mk2, Mk3, and Mk4 VW VR6 engines and replaces P/N 021-145-255 (021145255)
